We treat all of our tenants with the same courtesy & respect as we do our landlords, because we want quality tenants who want to stay with letting zone for the long term.

For your protection we do not handle properties where landlords have not complied with the current safety regulations.

We charge a small application fee when you apply for a house which will then take the property off the market for the next 7 days, if paid in full. Part payment is permitted but the property will remain on the market & viewings will continue.

The application fee is non-refundable if you have not completed the application process and signed the tenancy agreement within 14 days of applying for the house. This is to cover our administration costs incurred in dealing with your application.

Rent payments – current tenants can make rent payments at the post office, paypoint locations or by calling our office if they have not set up a direct debit. If you would like to pay by direct debit please click here. You will need to print out the form & complete the front only & return to our office.
