In such cases special service levels are required eg photographs of any repair issues so that visits are not required. We ensure that in such cases Landlords are fully appraised of all issues including Tenant changes, rental payments, inspections and maintenance requirements. Whilst communication is mainly by email, for those who are travelling, text and mobile phone are also options. We ensure all our landlords comply with HMRC regulations by helping them apply for the non-residents landlord scheme.
