LettingZone act as an objective and impartial buffer between you and your Tenant.

We offer services from let only to full management. Our charges are very competitive and we do not charge VAT, all of which keeps the cost to the Landlord down. We will take care of all the day to day issues that arise regarding your property.

We produce full details on all our properties and these are available, within 48 hours of registering with us, on this website All available properties are advertised on Zoopla.co.uk, on the market.com and other web portals offering you maximum coverage, ensuring a speedy let or re-let of your property.

At LettingZone we are always up to date with the legislation affecting Landlords, all deposits are registered with a secure deposit protection service within the required time. We will pay you promptly at the end of every month via an automated BACS payment system direct in to your bank account, monthly statements will be emailed to you.

Maintenance, Inspection and Check Out/In...

LettingZone provide a full pre and post-letting service to our Landlords which includes managing any maintenance issues, providing a routine inspection service and checking Tenants in and out of the property.

  • It is likely repairs will be necessary to a property at some time during the tenancy and Landlords must be prepared to pay for these. Our role is to make access arrangements with our qualified local contractors or a contractor of your choice, to carry out any necessary repairs. If it is our tradesmen that you use we will get quotations and ensure the work is carried out and checked. We have accounts with a number of trades and suppliers and get preferential rates.
  • Fully managed properties will be inspected within the first two months of the let, in order to check that the Tenants are looking after the property to a satisfactory standard and are fully complying with obligations stated in their tenancy agreement. Once checked, we will then return prior to the end of the six months tenancy to inspect the property again. The contract will only be renewed if the property has been looked after to the required standards by the Tenant and rent paid up to date.
  • When Tenants are checked out of your property an assessment is made for any redecoration or minor repairs, which cannot be reasonably accepted as fair wear and tear against the original inventory. We will obtain estimates for any repairs and agree with the Tenant and you, the level of deposit to be withheld. We will arrange for any necessary work to be carried out prior to the next Tenant moving in.
